This is a fun handbag showcasing ads for the Bahamas and QT tanning lotion from vintage Sunset magazines! This is a one of a kind, 100% handcrafted vintage magazine handbag created using original Sunset advertisements from 1967. The front cover features a colorful picture of a Bahamas travel ad and the back cover is a Coppertone QT tan ad, both from the actual magazine. This purse is constructed with laminated graphics attached to wood veneer and then hand riveted with coordinating copper metal rivets. The side and bottom panels are made with an bright and cheery orange leather insert and the straps are a 12" sturdy brown leather. This unique purse measures approximately 8 1/2" wide by 8" in height. Own this cool piece of ad history today!
